• Project Overview: This facility is designed to provide both production and laboratory space for the cultivation and research of microalgae. It will cater to the specific needs of M/s Pluviago Pvt Ltd, a company focused on advanced biotechnology applications in the life sciences industry.

• Consultancy Services: The project benefits from comprehensive support through both Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and MEP Consultancy Services, ensuring effective coordination and seamless integration of all aspects of the facility’s design and construction.

• Construction Scope: The construction includes:

  • Civil Works: Full development of the building structure, ensuring a solid foundation and robust infrastructure tailored for microalgae production and research.
  • MEP Works: Complete design and installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including specialized systems to maintain controlled environments essential for microalgae cultivation and experimentation.
  • Interior Works: Design and installation of interior spaces, laboratories, and workstations tailored for scientific research and production workflows.
  • Landscaping: The project also includes landscaping works, ensuring a pleasant and functional outdoor environment that complements the facility’s design and purpose.

• Total Constructed Area: The total constructed plinth area of the facility is approximately 19,000 square feet, providing ample space for all the necessary production, lab, and auxiliary functions.

This facility is part of the Bio 360 Life Science Park, a hub for innovation in biotechnology and life sciences, aimed at advancing research and development in sustainable bio-technological processes, including microalgae production.
