Project Overview:

• Successfully completed MEP consultancy services for Sunrise Hospital, Cochin, ensuring all aspects of the hospital’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were efficiently designed and implemented.

Scope of Work:

• High Tension (HT) and Medium Voltage (MV) Installations: Managed the installation and integration of HT and MV electrical systems for reliable power distribution.
• Diesel Generator Backup: Ensured synchronization and smooth functioning of the hospital’s diesel generator backup system for uninterrupted power supply.
• Chiller System Integration: Oversaw the electrics related to the chiller system to maintain optimal cooling for hospital operations.
• Firefighting System: Designed and integrated comprehensive firefighting systems in accordance with safety protocols.
• Building Management System (BMS): Installed and configured a robust BMS for real-time monitoring and control of building systems.
• CCTV & Security Systems: Deployed advanced CCTV and security systems for surveillance and safety across the facility.
• Nurse Call System: Implemented an efficient nurse call system to enhance hospital communication and patient care.
• Low Voltage Services: Provided design and execution for various low voltage services, including data cabling and other critical hospital systems.

Project Cost:

• The total project cost was approximately ₹495 Lakhs.
