Our process is divided into three stages:

In the schematic design stage, we conduct an exclusive site visit and communicate our design concept to the core architecture team. Schematic drawing, Preliminary budget, light fixtures prepared and efficiency targets and sustainability goals developed.

In the design development stage BOQ lighting schedule load calculations, specification of fixtures, recommended light fixtures, cost budget and light control drawings prepared.

In the final stage our teamwork in coordination with Architect and Contractor manufacture to ensure specification integrity. A checklist is prepared to record anomalies if any in the installation and recommend corrective measures.
